What is management ?
Management is the management of an employer team. This team is guided by the manager. Managing a team, whether large or small, aims to accomplish numerous projects.
What is the manager’s job?
We may want to say that the manager does the same work as his employers except that he works more and has more responsibilities, but that is not really the case. The manager mainly takes care of his team. How ? For example, 2 children who have the objective of doing an assignment or a project for school, if the 2 children do not get along obviously it will be difficult
to complete the assignment. Likewise for employers if they don’t get along at all it will be difficult for them and the rest of the team to function. But we have our antidote, the MANAGER! It’s his job to make his employee work with desire, motivation and with good surroundings.
What do you need to do to become a manager?
To become one you don’t need a lot of experience or work but the desire and motivation to become one. Obviously you have to know how to lead a group of people towards success.
